Mr. Lalit Bhasin

  



  Mr. Lalit Bhasin, Chairman of the Board is a first class commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is an expert on Investments and Capital Markets by virtue of his nearly 2 decades of association with the Securities Market.

Mrs. Asha Mehra

  



  Mrs. Asha Mehra is a post graduate from Bombay University and Qualified IAS.

  She has held varoius prestigious positions with Government of India like Assistant/ Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Deputy Durector, Income Tax, Commissioner of Income Tax, New Delhi, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Rajasthan, Member, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) etc.

  She has also worked as Member and Chairperson of Income Tax Settlement Commission, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

Mr. Davendra Ahuja

  



  Mr. Davendra Ahuja is an MBA and Post Graduation in Economics from USA. He was with Citibank for more than 10 years and held very senior positions before promoting 20th Century Group.

  He brings with him decades of rich and varied experience in corporate restructuring, banking, finance etc.

  Mr. Ahuja is also member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Anil Goyal

  



  Mr. Goyal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He brings with him more than 2 decades of expertise in the fields of finance, taxation, investment banking, corporate restructuring and strategic planning.

Mr. J.M.L. Suri

  



  Mr. Suri, is an Engineer by profession. He headed the operations of a Swedish Multinational before his association with the HB Group. He brings with him decades of experience in Corporate Administration.

Mr. Rajesh Jain

  



  Mr. Jain is a commerce graduate from Delhi University. He has extensive experience as Entrepreneur in construction, Exports and International Trading and Software Development Industry. Has more than 10 years of overseeing various activities of construction Industry both in India and overseas.
